My 4 week old kitten has running nose and is sneezing! what do i do?

I would wait till friday if she doesn't get worse. Just keep her warm and make sure she has plenty of liquids. ( we usually feed our babies a mixture of goat milk and water because it has many vital nutriants and isn't too rich for them. ) Hope everything turns out alright.
