One year anniversary ideas?

My girlfriend and i have been dating for almost a year now and i would like to do something for our anniversary. I was thinking taking her to the beach late at night with a bottle of wine and maybe some appetizers. Do you think that is good idea? What would YOU do? I want to hear your ideas.
