Two Small bumps on foreskin of ?

I think its . i am ually active, but thats not the point i just want to make sure this is . okay i do have hair follicles that raise all on the bottom of my shaft. but a doctor confirmed that those were hair follicles. i have never actually had hair follicles that raised on my foreskin. but recently i just noticed two new white bumps that raise off the skin. they do not hurt, it, or burn. they get more noticeable when i am erect. they can't really be popped either. they are very small, but do not look exactly the same as my inflamed hair follicles. they seem like they could be more wart like because of the whiteness of them. they aren't so perfectly round like an inflamed hair follicle, as far as i can tell at least. but its hard to tell because they are so small. and it's just 2 that are about a quarter of a centimeter away from each other. im confident that this is , and i want to die inside because my manhood is gone. nothing really matters anymore to me and i get disgusted every time i look at them. and i dont have access to a doctor without telling my parents to take me to one which i won't do because i dont need them knowing. so this is why im asking you guys. and a little more information, obviously this is my first outbreak, and it meets just at the beginning of the foreskin (closest to the shaft, not the tip.), idk if thats a common spot for to hit first. and they raise off the skin maybe a mm at the most. i think its just mild because its my first outbreak. all help will be appreciated.
