AI is all but washed up player?

AI is done as an elite player. No teams have any high interest in him. His style of plays doesn't exactly fit most teams need, he jacked up too many bad shots. Is Allen Iverson done as an elite player? If he's not, how come there's not a lot of takers for AI? Your thought please? I think AI will get about 5 million dollars a year from some team but not a lot more than that.
