Christians, how many of you are aware of the persecution going on in the restricted countries?

Oh yes, there are many everyday, beaten and martyred for faith in Christ. India, China, many Muslim countries. But, It is also in these countries where Christianity is growing the fastest. Everyday, in one of these areas people come to Christ, underground churches arise, home churches flourish. These believers truly see the hand of God at work. Our church sponsors, churches in India, and Russia, and we hear of these persecutions often because of it. Our Pastor goes to these countries at least once a year, and gives a special alter call for those who have been beaten for confessing Christ, and always over half of the attendees answer the call. So, yes it is very much a part of the Christian life in these places. Many Christians in America, do not know how blessed they are to be able to openly worship Christ.
