Infantigo? Any advice?

Wash the area with soap and water and dry well. Use the ointment instead of the cream. It is more moisture repellent. Impetigo is extremely contagious. You need to becareful because it is a stap infection. Watch and report to the doctor if this continues to spread especially to the inside of his nose. I am surprised he didn't prescribed an antibiotic.
