Is it possible to be "Completely relieved from duties" if you're the only nurse on duty?

Think of it this way: You are "on call" when you are on your break. If you take your break and are not needed during that time, no problem. If you are needed for an emergency, your break is essentially suspended while you respond to the emergency. You may resume the remaining portion of your break once the emergency is over.
