Should i go see the doctor concerning this?

ok...so i was on a bus like a week ago and the bus driver was driving VERY fast.almost very fast he almost hit a car.so the road was VERY bumpy n it made alot of noise.and it was like an hour drive.so every second u heard a crashing noise.wen i got home that day my head hurt very badly.i took a couple pain relievers to ease the pain.it went away.so the next day out of no where it hurts again and i took more pain relievers.the same thing is still happening.my head is constantly hurting since last week wen i was on da bus.should i go c a doctor to c wuts wrong or should i jus keep drinking pain relievers?
