Wow O.k. To start depending on the tenant right laws in your state this is what should have happened. You must be provided for the money you spend a livable environment. That means air quality as well as water quality. You had and continue to have the right to live some were else until your place is livable again. You must start complaints with your local code enforcement officer and local health dept. because of the mold.Get out soon, motel friends house anything. Do not forget lots and lots of photographs as you are packing to leave.Take pictures of everything you have lost, the condition of your apt. ect.. A good lawyer will help you to recover some of your losses. Hope you have better days.
