What would you do if your best friend kissed you...?

It doesn't sound like you lost you best friend at all though it's either it means he/she is sorry that you feel that way towards him/her and that he/her can't really believe that. I had that dream once and it was a matter of trust in your friend. If you want I'll tell you about it in an email if you want. Either way don't worry about it.
