Would making teens wear Chasity belts violate their first amendment rights :The pursuit of Happiness?

This is America. Children have no rights as citizens. They are still the property of their parents by the Constitution. If you want to make your daughter wear one, or contrive some sort of adaption for your son, go ahead. Just make sure it does not hurt them either physically, mentally or emotionally or we will come after you for certain!!!
